Unlimited Biking is the best bike rental, tour and city experience company operating in New York, San Francisco, Washington DC, Santa Monica, San Diego and Miami. Our goal is to provide our customers with the ability to create meaningful and memorable experiences as they explore cities by bike. We also provide Micromobility as an amenity to hotels, corporate campuses and residential communities.
Who You Are
We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service oriented Store Manager to oversee the daily operation at our store. Store managers will help with the flow of customers throughout the check in process and ensure that our employees are providing an exceptional customer service experience. This person will also provide assistance to customers who have any questions/concerns or needing additional assistance. Maintaining a high level of customer service & having resourceful and quick thinking and problem solving skills is crucial in this role.
