Full-Time in Manhattan, NY - Customer Service - $17.00 - $22.00 / hr

Who You Are

To join our customer support team here at UB, we are searching for driven and enthusiastic customer experience representatives! You will be in charge of making sure our users are helped in a fast and professional manner in ways that differ from the "usual" of customer service. Our main objective is to always keep our user base delighted. Our environment is ever-changing, thus we welcome those who can contribute, thrive in change, spread ideas, and take on the responsibilities at hand in any given circumstance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Deliver a consistent level of quality on assisting customers via phone call, chats, and emails.
  • Take ownership in assisting, researching, resolving, and de-escalating customer issues
  • Partner with customer support peers (both internal and external) to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support
  • Greeting clients and providing information about our full product catalog
  • Pursuing and following up with leads from when it is generated until the clients are booked
  • Assisting with any customer service inquiries and complaints
  • Taking reservations and following up with clients on their experience
  • General administrative tasks
  • Participate in projects that improve support-related processes
  • Ability to analyze customer contacts for trends in customer issues, record feedback and report to the appropriate teams for improvement purposes


  • Experience in sales & customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a professional, courteous, and patient demeanor with all customers
  • Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with anyone within the organization
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be organized, a self-starter, and able to begin and follow through with tasks
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
