Unser großartiges Shop-Team sorgt dafür, dass unsere Gäste entspannt in ihre Touren starten, Fahrräder ausleihen, kleine Reparaturen durchgeführt werden und unser Shop reibungslos läuft.

Du bist herzlich, geduldig und hast immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen – auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt! Mit deiner offenen, positiven Art sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Gäste eine unvergessliche Zeit in München erleben. Kurz gesagt: Du liebst Menschen – und Menschen lieben dich!

Was du mitbringen solltest:

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus!)
• Freundliches Auftreten & exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Kundenorientiertes Arbeiten – du kannst sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team arbeiten
• Grundkenntnisse am Fahrrad – du musst kein Profi-Mechaniker sein, aber kleine Reparaturen wie Reifen flicken oder Sättel einstellen sollten für dich kein Problem sein
• Flexibilität & Belastbarkeit – auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen gibst du Vollgas!
• Wissbegierde & Leidenschaft für München, Bayern und den Tourismus

Rahmenbedingungen:

• Saisonale Anstellung von Frühjahr bis Mitte Oktober 2025, mit möglicher Verlängerung je nach Bedarf
• Flexible Arbeitszeiten (zwischen 9 und 30 Stunden pro Woche)
• Arbeitserlaubnis für Deutschland erforderlich (EU-Pass oder gültige Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis)

We are looking for hard working, high energy, and personable people to add to our 2025 team.
Our fantastic Shop Staff help guests get to their tours, rent bicycles, perform minor bike repairs, and keep the shop running smoothly.
You are compassionate, patient, and have an unwavering sense of humour. Your warmth and dynamic personality shines through as you assist our guests have a great experience on their holiday. In short, you love being with people and people love being with you!
You must have an exceptional personality, superb communication skills, the ability to quickly adapt to changing situations, an interest in international travel, high integrity, and a large smile.
On top of all that, while we love sunny days, we operate in the howling wind and pouring rain. Whatever happens out there, we really shine when adversity comes knocking!

Job Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Strong English and German language skills are essential. Additional languages are an asset
• Great customer service skills along with the ability to work both individually and in a team environment
• Computer literacy
• Comfortable on and around bikes. While you are not expected to be a complete bike mechanic, you will be required to perform minor repairs, fixing flat tires, doubling bikes back to the shop, hanging bikes before and after tours, and much more
• Flexibility and the willingness to work hard in the busy season including weekends, Sundays and public holidays.
• A strong knowledge of Munich, Bavaria, an interest in the tourism industry and a happiness working with bicycles
• Working permissions in Germany. We offer seasonal contracts so you should be exceptionally motivated to work very hard during these summer months. We can only accept candidates who already possess either an EU passport, or German Work and Residence Permits

This is a flexible contract job with between 9 hours per week up to 30. Contract will run through until the middle of October, with the possibility of extension if seasonal demand requires.
