This role encompasses a combination of duties including: completing friendly and personable deliveries to the store locations as well as offsite group deliveries and events, assisting with bike coordination inside and outside of the truck, oftentimes coordinating with guests for a streamlined pickup process, bike handling and setup of guests, distributing equipment to our stores, stacking bikes properly inside and outside of the truck without damaging them, and more.
We're looking for a personable and friendly team member to be the first point of contact for our logistics. You'll be cross-trained on all warehouse positions from maintaining the fleet and vehicles to executing bike handling duties, as well as equipment handling, customer service, and of course driving. This is a physical, fast-paced, hybrid indoor / outdoor position that involves continual lifting, lowering and carrying bicycles and bike-related equipment weighing 25-50 lbs.
The ideal candidate will have an upbeat, easygoing personality in addition to being perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with day-to-day customers, complaints, learn quickly, move at a quick pace and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential. We want you to make our guests and visitors feel appreciated and valued in all interactions, while providing quick and efficient service.
The ideal candidate should be able to facilitate day-to-day operations in a high-volume environment, address concerns and bring them to the attention of management, move quickly, and be an excellent representative of the company at all times. A quick but customer-minded approach is essential. We intend for all of our guests to have a high-quality experience, and that starts from their first interactions with our team in the stores and carries on through our operational team.
Qualified applicants must have a valid driver’s license issued in the state in which they live. Employees are expected to comply with UB appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform at all times when representing Unlimited Biking.

Paid overtime may be required during peak periods.
Please include in your resume any relevant experience you have with bike riding, bike handling, or retail sales.
Unlimited Biking Drivers must be willing to do some over night bike events, drive out of the local area as needed, and assist the team with on-site logistics.
Part-time employees must have at least 3 full days of availability week over week, totaling 25 hours, with at least one of those days being a Saturday or Sunday. Additionally, all employees are expected to be available to work peak shifts during our busier season (March-November). Additional working hours will be available beyond part-time for those interested.
We are open 365 days a year, including all holidays, within our store locations, and operate bike events, custom group rentals and tours, and other logistical functions year-round.
