Who You Are

The Social Media Manager oversees Unlimited Biking’s social media campaigns across all organic platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profiles, LinkedIn and others, with a specific focus on integrated marketing campaign strategy. You have deep channel knowledge and a strong instinct to use data to improve your content’s performance. As part of promoting the UB brand daily, this role defines our tone of voice and public perception through each message and conversation.

What you’ll be doing

  • Serve as day-to-day manager of the UB brand on social media, driving the approach and serving as a key point of contact for cross-functional partners
  • Source photos/videos, edit, overlay music, and write copy in partnership with the Content & Creative team
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the marketing team to ensure consistent brand execution across treatments and channels, including both paid and organic
  • Lead brainstorms with key cross functional players to maximize reach across channels
  • Develop full understanding of UB brand and approach to each product
  • Audit all social media channels for content including photos, videos, descriptions, hashtags. Track followers and engagement.
  • Monitor and manage reputation reviews on Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc.
  • Audit current blogs, SEO and linking opportunities in coordination with Content & Creative and Partnership Marketing teams
  • Develop process and cadence for posting on: Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Tripadvisor/Viator, etc.
  • Create monthly social media analytics report to drive measurability and accountability through interactions, engagements, followers

Requirements

  • Experience managing social for a consumer brand with a highly engaged community
  • Passion for social media, including keeping up on new trends and industry best practices
  • Analytic expertise and experience making dispassionate, data-driven decisions
  • Robust project management skills, including the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Experience feeding into or creating creative briefs for social campaigns
  • Self-awareness and openness to feedback from all levels of the organization Impeccable integrity and ethical standards
